Programma Electric AB becomes Megger Sweden AB |

| As a part of our efforts to strengthen our brand recognition as the world leader of test and diagnostic equipment for electrical engineering we have decided to go to market under the common brand Megger. Effective 24th of March 2009 the company name Programma Electric AB is now changed to Megger Sweden AB. |

Pax joins Megger Group to expand transformer test product line
Megger Group today announces that it is to acquire Pax Diagnostics of Sweden.
Pax transformer testing and insulation diagnostics products will
be a strong addition to the Megger range of test instruments for
the power industry.
